What to write about
A correction to a note about a road, a boat or a flight
If something has changed (a rule, a route, a name), tell us what changed and, if you can, where the operator or authority published it. Send the page address and the sentence concerned. You do not need to give your name.
A question about a hotel listing
Hotel descriptions and photographs come from the Hotelbeds catalogue. We cannot confirm availability, change a room or take a booking; for those, use the contact details on the hotel's page. If a listing is wrong, say which one (the address bar shows its name and number) and what is wrong, and we will pass it on or remove it.
Privacy requests
To ask what the site holds about you, or to have something deleted, write with the subject "Privacy". The privacy page explains what little there is.
Anything else
Suggestions for a stretch we missed are welcome. We cannot promise to answer every message, but we try to reply within a few working days.
